APA is the model under every Sova product. It fuses cockpit vision, receive-only radio audio, connected sensor data and the pilot's voice into a continuously updated estimate of aircraft and mission state, and hands the pilot prioritized, explainable advisories through voice, screen and haptics. It runs on the pilot's own device, reads any panel through a portable sensor, and needs no network in flight.

Bounded by design
APA's outputs are bounded by a deterministic run-time monitor, so an advisory can never exceed the envelope the monitor allows. Osoosi's safety-assurance approach is anchored in run-time assurance rather than in certifying the model itself.
Regulatory posture
Osoosi's position is that Sova deploys under Part 91 as a non-required Type B electronic flight bag application: no aircraft modification, no supplemental type certificate. Osoosi completed an FAA pre-application briefing in June 2026 to discuss that classification.
